Volunteer Opportunities
- Chaperones are responsible for the safety and supervision of students
on the bus ride to and from the mountain.
- Each chaperone helps to load students, skis, and boards onto the
bus. All chaperones are responsible for making sure
they know how many students are on their bus and ensuring
they have the correct number of students for the trip home.
- On the mountain we have a “desk” that
needs to be staffed during the time we are there.
The desk is in the chaperone hut. We answer questions
from parents and students, and sign out students who go home early
with a parent. The shift is one hour; we ask that you sign up, on average,
every other week.
